The bourbon is matured in new charred American oak before receiving additional finishing in a new toasted barrel featuring a Char 5 and Heavy Toast treatment.

Bottled at 110 proof, Magic Toast delivers concentrated bourbon character while allowing the secondary oak finishing to bring forward deeper caramelized flavors. Penelope’s Toasted Series uses a mash bill of 75% corn, 21% rye, and 4% malted barley, creating a balance of sweetness, baking spice, and structure that pairs naturally with the heavy-toast finish.
